What happens next?

Once we’ve received your enquiry form, your account manager will be in contact to find out more about your brief. They will also send you a link to set up your monthly payments and find out any log in details needed. They will then inform you of any next steps.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No, we work on rolling 30 day contracts. We know that running a business is full of highs and lows, so if you decide you no longer want the service, or maybe you just want to pause for a while,  you just need to let us know a month before.

When do you take payment?

Payment is taken when we start posting and then monthly thereafter.

How do you keep your prices so low?

We have streamlined our processes to be as efficient and possible, meaning you aren’t paying for wasted time. Our experienced team focus on providing you content as efficiently as possible. Our affordable services don’t come with analytics, set-up, quarterly planning as standard which you will find elsewhere. However, rest-assured if you need these, they are available as optional extras if and when you need them.

Email Marketing

How quickly will my newsletter go out?

If everything is received as needed, including your payment, your first email can go out 2 weeks after you contact us.

Can I still send out other emails myself?

Yes, we will be sending your monthly newsletter but if you want to email outside of this, we would encourage this.

Can you help me get cold data?

Yes, we understand that you may not have lead or customer data and can source you GDPR email data, which can be accompanied with telephone and postal addresses if available.

This data will be sourced based on your customer criteria.

Can you help set up my email platform?

Absolutely, this is covered as standard.

Social Media

How quickly will posts start going out?

If everything is received as needed, including your payment, posting can start 2 weeks after you contact us.

Can I still post on my own channels?

We will ensure your social media consistently has engaging and relevant content meaning you can be assured that your social channels will be working hard, however if you would like to post we would encourage this.

Will you respond to comments and questions on my social media accounts?

This isn’t something we do as standard, however community engagement is something we can provide as an optional extra to your package.

Can you help set up my social media channels?

Absolutely, if you haven’t already set up your channels or have some set up and not others, we can help with this. It isn’t included as standard but can be discussed with your Account Manager when you sign up.
